Six-foot commercial-quality plow brings more versatility to UTVs
MILWAUKEE (March 16, 2017) – Western Products, manufacturer of WESTERN® snow removal and ice control equipment, announces the new IMPACT™ UTV straight blade plow. This bolsters the UTV line that WESTERN released in 2016, which includes the IMPACT UTV v-plow and Tornado™ UTV hopper spreader, an 11 cu ft dual-electric spreader designed specifically for UTVs.
Like the existing IMPACT v-plow, the straight blade is professional-grade and built to stand up to commercial use. The lighter straight blade plow also fits a wider variety of UTV models. Both offer easy-on/easy-off attachment and removable receiver brackets, allowing for greater ground clearance when the plow is removed. Each also offers Scrape Lock, which enhances scraping and back dragging.
Other features on the straight blade plow include:
- 6′ powder coated, high-strength, low-weight, alloy-steel blade
- Four vertical ribs to reinforce the plow, giving it additional strength
- Standard, high-quality 5″ steel cutting edge
- Full-trip blade protection to reduce stress on the UTV
