Factory Authorized Service Training Now Available for WESTERN Dealers

At our WESTERN^® Factory Authorized Service Training, dealer technicians from all over the country come to learn operation theory, trouble shooting and diagnostics on the latest technological advances in our plows and spreaders. They’re diving deep into the details to know our product line inside and out.

Our dealer technicians are making sure they’re prepared for the upcoming winter season by learning hands-on techniques and real-world situations.

From July through October, our traveling technical road show will conduct more than 35 sessions in 13 states from Maine to Alaska, making sure your dealer is provided with a training program that is second-to-none in the industry. In turn, you can be confident in knowing that your WESTERN dealer will be able to help you in nearly any situation or problem.
